Srinagar, Oct 17: The Group of Concerned Citizens (GCC) J&K has condoled the sad demise of Khurshid Ahmad Malik, a retired IAS officer and a well-known social activist who served as Vice President of the “Jammu and Kashmir Voluntary Medicare Society” for over a decade.

In a condolence message issued today, the GCC recalled his rich and diverse contributions as a senior civil servant, renowned for his unimpeachable integrity and professional competence. “Malik will be remembered for his unparalleled voluntarism and exceptional service to the physically challenged and other disadvantaged individuals, particularly specially-abled children, over a period of 30 years,” the message stated.
