G N Itoo assumes charge as Director Education Kashmir

Srinagar, Dec 12: Dr G N Itoo on Thursday assumed charge as Director School Education Kashmir.

After assuming his charge, Dr G N Itoo convened a review meeting with the officers wherein he stated that all the vacant posts of Principals, ZEOs and headmasters will be filled on priority to ensure quality education and effective administration in all the institutions across Kashmir.

Itoo also directed all the CEOs, Principals, Cluster Heads and ZEOs to work in coordination to ensure effective administration in every institution.

The outgoing Director School Education Kashmir Dr Tassaduq Hussain Mir welcomed Itoo and briefed him about the achievements of the directorate.

Meanwhile, Itoo passed instructions to all the concerned officers for strengthening of the public delivery system and asked officers to redress different issues of  teaching and non-teaching staff and the general public on priority.

Itoo asked all the heads of government and private educational institutions of Kashmir division to come up to the expectations of parents.
