Functioning of operation theatre at SDH Kralpora inspected

Kupwara, May 28: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kupwara, Ayushi Sudan today visited Kralpora area to check the functioning of operation theatre in Sub District Hospital (SDH) Kralpora which has been started today.

Chief Medical Officer Kupwara, Dr Ramzan; CPO Kupwara, BMO, Doctors and paramedical staff were present on the occasion.

Meanwhile, the first surgery of haemorrhoidectomy performed on a patient from the Kralpora area was successfully done in the hospital.

Speaking at the occasion, the DC said that it was a long pending demand of the people of Kralpora area that has been fulfilled. She congratulated the doctors and the people of the area who were present there for the successful establishment of the operation theatre.
