Formulated vast strategy to fight elections in J&K : BJP

Jammu, Jan 18: BJP today “formulated a vast strategy” for fighting the Lok Sabha and assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir.

According to a press release issued by J&K BJP chief spokesperson Sunil Sethi the strategy was formulated during a very significant and important meeting of the party, which was presided over by J&K BJP President Ravinder Raina. The meeting was also attended by National General Secretary and Prabhari J&K BJP, Tarun Chugh , Seh Prabhari Ashish Sood , National Secreatary, Narinder Singh Raina , Union Minister Dr Jitendra Singh and other senior leaders Ashok Koul , Jugal Kishore Sharma, Engineer Ghulam Nabi Khatana and all other members of Core Group and Special invitees

In the marathon meeting extensive and in depth discussions were held on various political issues and developments relevant and significant for upcoming election in Jammu and Kashmir for Parliament as well as assembly . Various strategic positions were discussed and party formulated vast strategy to fight elections in J&K.

The press release added that BJP will put all its force in the elections to contribute to the dream of Prime Minister Narendra Modi of forming BJP government in centre with improved number than last elections .

The leaders said BJP will strive to outperform itself compared to last elections in Jammu and Udhampur Lok Sabha seats , it will convincingly win Anantnag-Rajouri-Poonch seat with vast support being received by all segments of society .

“Party also drew strategy to win parliamentary elections in Srinagar and Baramula Parliamentary seats as well given the developments in Kashmir post 2019 decision , improvement of security scenario , near normalcy, making lives of people safe and easy , new avenues for earning livelihood and significant improvement and increase of tourism, backbone of Kashmir economy,” the press release said.

The BJP leaders stated that time has come for people of Jammu and Kashmir to come out of divisive politics of NC , PDP and Congress, who have misled and politically blackmailed people for their pity political gains  . “Time for people to stand with Modi ji and Bhartiya Janata Party and be part of national movement of development and well being,” said the press release.
