Srinagar, July 27: The Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India Saturday constituted a Technical Expert Group to provide expert guidance and recommendations on special technical issues pertaining to Chronic Respiratory Diseases (COPD & Asthama). The Technical Expert Group included former Director SKIMS & Ex-Officio Secretary to Government Dr. Parvaiz Kaul.
