Football artistry takes centre stage in Srinagar Premier League
Srinagar, Nov 6: The ongoing My Youth My Pride Srinagar Premier Division Football League 2024-25 is in full swing, showcasing remarkable talent and excitement, as well as off-field controversy.
In the latest round of matches, Downtown Heroes FC recorded a convincing 4-0 victory over Jhelum FC. Riyasa opened the scoring in the 11th minute before Iqlak netted twice in the 38th and 64th minutes. Tabish Mehraj added a fourth goal just before half-time.
The second match saw Real Kashmir FC cruise to a dominant 5-0 win over SCFA. Asrar was the star of the show, scoring a brace in the 7th and 84th minutes. Aqib, Basit, and Aqib Mushtaq also got on the scoresheet for the victors.
However, the drama did not end there. Following the match, SCFA lodged an official protest against Real Kashmir FC.
