Srinagar, May 26: Floating Aqua Park, a new thematic hotspot is emerging as one of the major attractions for locals and tourists in Dal Lake.

Perched atop the lake's shimmering waters, this lively playground is swiftly becoming a highlight of Kashmir's tourism scene, offering a perfect blend of excitement and serenity.

Described as a water-based oasis by its manager, the Aqua Park boasts a plethora of attractions, including trampolines, climbing walls, and slides, all set against the backdrop of Dal Lake’s stunning natural beauty.

Ehaan, a 13-year-old visitor, can hardly contain his excitement as he explores the park's attractions. "This is the coolest thing I've ever seen!" he exclaims, capturing the sentiments of many others who flock to experience the aquatic adventures offered by the park.

Sajid, a 32-year-old visitor applauds the efforts of authorities in revitalising water sports in the valley, recognising the aqua park as a significant step forward.

With rides priced at Rs. 200 per person for half an hour, the Aqua Park ensures that both locals and tourists can have fun.

Tahzeem, the park’s manager, places a strong emphasis on safety while ensuring a memorable experience for all guests. "Our goal is to provide a thrilling yet safe environment," he states, underlining the park's dedication to ensuring everyone feeling secure as they enjoy the water attractions.

To prevent any unforeseen incidents, safety measures such as providing life-saving jackets and keeping trained swimmers on standby are diligently implemented.
