Srinagar, Aug 11: Five persons sustained injuries during a scuffle between two groups at Buksul in Budgam district on Sunday, officials said.

An official said that the injured include an 18-year-old resident of Gatipora Budgam, and four others aged 42, 36, 21, and 34 years, all residents of the same locality.

They were initially shifted to Sub-District Hospital Khansahib and later referred to SMHS Hospital Srinagar for advanced treatment. All are reported to be stable.

Police have taken cognizance of the matter and initiated further investigation. (KNC)
