8 structures damaged after fire breaks out in Srinagar's Rainawari

Srinagar, Nov 19: At least eight structures were damaged after fire erupted on Tuesday afternoon in a locality of Abhi Gurpora Rainawari of central Kashmir’s Srinagar district.

Officials told GNS that fire broke out in a house and soon engulfed other structures in the vicinity in Rainawari today afternoon.

Soon police and fire tenders from Fire & Emergency Services of Rainawari, Nigeen and Nehru Park reached the affected site the fire has been brought under control.

The cause of the fire was not immediately known.
