Feeding deptts for J&K ministers announced

Jammu, Oct 22: J&K Government Tuesday announced feeding departments for the cabinet ministers, who have already been assigned their portfolios.

As per an order issued by General Administration Department (GAD), for Deputy Chief Minister, Surinder Kumar Choudhary, who has been assigned the charge of Public Works (R&B); Industries & Commerce; Mining; Labour and Employment and Skill Development Departments, Public Works (R&B) Department will be the feeding department.

For Sakina Masood (Itoo), the Minister for Health & Medical Education; School Education; Higher Education and Social Welfare Departments, the feeding department will be Higher Education Department.

Jal Shakti Department will be the feeding department for the Minister Javed Ahmed Rana, who has been allocated the charge of Jal Shakti, Forest, Ecology and Environment and Tribal Affairs Departments.

For the Minister for Agriculture Production; Rural Development and Panchayati Raj; Cooperatives and Election Departments, Javid Ahmad Dar, the feeding department will be Agriculture Production Department.

The Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs will be the feeding department for Satish Sharma, the Minister for Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs; Transport; Science and Technology; Information Technology; Youth Services and Sports and ARI & Trainings Departments.
