FCIK Secy General Ovees Jamie bereaved

Srinagar, Aug 24: The Federation of Chambers of Industries Kashmir (FCIK) has expressed grief and sorrow over the demise of Mohammad Ayub Khan of Ess Kay Shawls and Ess Kay Collections on Friday. He was the brother-in-law of FCIK Secretary General Ovees Qadir Jamie and son-in-law of the 1st general entrepreneur of Kashmir Abdul Rashid Jamie.

A large number of business leaders and entrepreneurs participated in the funeral prayers of the deceased at the shrine of Bul Bul Shah sahib RA after Asr prayers.

The deceased was a dynamic entrepreneur who contributed in development and promotion of Kashmiri handicrafts with innovative designs and ideas. He was affectionately known by Shoby Khan among his business and friend circles.

While paying tributes to the departed soul, FCIK President Shahid Kamili said that the deceased with impressive ideas had found a niche in the specific customer market. He assured the family that entire industrial fraternity across Kashmir Valley was behind them in this hour of grief and bereavement.

President KSSIA, Syed Fazal Illahi has expressed shock over the demise of young entrepreneur and has conveyed condolences to the bereaved family, particularly to Abdul Rashid Jamie and Ovees Jamie. In a condolence meeting held in the association office at Baghi Ali Mardan Khan, rich tributes were paid to the departed soul by the members besides offering fateha.
