Farooq Shah launches crash course for police constable aspirants
Srinagar, Nov 26: In a step towards empowering the youth of Gulmarg constituency, MLA Farooq Ahmad Shah, today inaugurated a five-day crash course for aspirants of the J&K Police Constable examinations.
According to a press note, the programme, held at Government Higher Secondary School Kunzer, is designed to provide focused guidance and skill development for candidates, ensuring they are well-prepared for the recruitment process.
Speaking at the inaugural session, Shah reiterated his commitment to supporting the constituency youth in achieving their career aspirations. “This initiative is just the beginning. We plan to organise more crash courses and coaching classes for boys and girls preparing for various competitive and public service commission examinations,” he said. He emphasised the importance of equipping the younger generation with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in competitive fields.
In addition to launching the crash course, the MLA also visited Government Girls High School Kunzer. During the visit, he interacted with students and staff, assessing the facilities and ensuring that educational standards are being met. Shah assured the school administration of his continued support to improve the infrastructure and learning environment.
Meanwhile, the MLA also organised a program to observe Samvidhan Diwas (Constitution Day) at Town Hall Kunzer. On this occasion, Farooq Ahmad Shah administered the constitutional oath to the officers and officials of the Municipal Committee Kunzer, as well as Anganwadi workers. The event highlighted the importance of upholding constitutional values and fostering a sense of duty among government officials.
