Fair price store mess: 'Long queues, lost hours'

In the 21st century, while digitization has made our lives easier, there are still many drawbacks to digitization. We see a significant example of this at our nearest fair price ration store, where many men and women are waiting for hours to get their fingerprint authentication done to receive their monthly ration. Due to this, their other day-to-day work suffers a lot.
