Expedite Hanjivera-Tapper double road project: GM Shaheen

Srinagar, Nov 12: JDU Party President GM Shaheen, conducted an extensive field visit to Baramulla, covering the adjoining areas of Pattan and Palhalan.

As part of his ongoing developmental outreach,  Shaheen also distributed solar lighting units in Bandipora District, underscoring JDU’s dedication to rural empowerment, sustainable energy access, and equitable growth across Jammu & Kashmir.

Highlighting the long-pending infrastructural challenges, Shaheen urged the Lieutenant Governor’s administration to expedite the double-laning of the Hanjivera–Tapper road, citing that the chronic traffic congestion in the Pattan region has become a major obstacle to public convenience and local commerce.
