Addressing the gathering, the Lieutenant Governor spoke on the rapid strides made by India in healthcare, under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in the past 10 years. The Lieutenant Governor said, “Our innovations in technologies and treatment are rated amongst the best and our healthcare professionals have demonstrated excellence and they are competing with leading health institutions of developed countries.
