Ex-additional Advocate General J&K Wasim Beg gets engaged
Srinagar, Nov 12: Wasim Beg, former Additional Advocate General (J&K) and son of former parliamentarian Mehboob Beg, got engaged to Sumaiya Khan at a family gathering in Rajasthan, family sources said.
Beg, who is Managing Partner at Lectio Law Offices - a law Firm with Offices across the country, got engaged to Sumaiya Khan in Jhalawar area of Rajasthan.
The Beg's have a prominent and long-standing political history in Jammu and Kashmir.
As per family sources, Sumaiya Khan is a communication and campaign strategist with expertise in political branding and creative direction. An alumna of Mayo College Girls’ School and York University, she has honed her skills in crafting impactful narratives and visual strategies, they said.
Sumaiya is the daughter of Asad Anwar Khan, a prominent businessman hailing from Tonk, Rajasthan and Director of the Banas Stones Group.
The Banas Group spans a diverse array of industries, from natural stone mining and export to real estate development, establishing itself as a trusted name in multiple verticals.
