Every Deptt to have panel for correction in employees’ service details on JKHRMS portal
Jammu, Oct 15: A 3-member panel in each Administrative Department will examine or scrutinise and recommend cases of employees, representing for correction in service details, captured on the J&K Human Resource Management System (JKHRMS) portal.
J&K Government Tuesday sanctioned the constitution of such committees in each Department.
These committees will have a Director of Finance or Financial Advisor/Chief Accounts Officer (FA/CAO) as Chairman (Nodal Officer). Additional Secretary to be nominated by the Administrative Secretary and any other member co-opted by the Committee will be their members.
As per the terms of reference, these panels will consider requests based on authenticated documents, certificates, including the first page of the service book, etc. duly forwarded by the concerned Head of Department (HoD).
Each request for editing details already captured on JKHRMS will have to undergo rigorous scrutiny to ensure the veracity or genuineness of the case and compliance with regulations.
The Director Finance or FA/CAO of the concerned Department will be the Nodal Officer for making corrections on JKHRMS based on recommendations firmed by the Committee constituted, with the approval of the concerned Administrative Secretary.
It has been further ordered that no alteration or change in employee data already captured will be undertaken in any Directorate or the subordinate or the field office.
