Er Aijaz Hussain inaugurates Inter-Dalgate Cricket Tournament in Srinagar

Srinagar, Nov 27: Er Aijaz Hussain on Thursday inaugurated the Inter-Dalgate Cricket Tournament at Polo View, Srinagar. The event, organised by the Cricket Fraternity Dalgate, has drawn enthusiastic participation, with around 16 teams competing in the much-anticipated community cricket tournament.

As per a statement issued, addressing players and spectators, Er Aijaz Hussain, who is State Executive Member of the BJP, DDC Member of Khonmoh & Co-Incharge of Minority Morcha J&K UT, praised the organisers for their commitment to promoting sports and providing a constructive platform for local youth. He emphasised that such initiatives play a crucial role in nurturing young talent, encouraging discipline, and strengthening social bonds within the community.

He also reiterated the government’s and the BJP’s resolve to support youth-centric activities and improve sports infrastructure across Jammu & Kashmir. He assured continued cooperation in fostering healthy recreational opportunities for the region’s young generation.
