EPFO Jammu holds convergence meeting

Srinagar, Feb 29: A Convergence meeting was chaired by Rizwan Uddin, RPFC-I, Regional Office, Jammu along with heads of various verticals from the Ministry of Labour and Employment.

Attendees included  Pankaj Rastogi, Regional Director (IC) DTNBWED, RO Jammu, Dushyant Pande, Deputy Director, ESIC, RO Jammu and  Ajay Kumar, LEO Central, Jammu.

The meeting focused on ensuring social security for all eligible members and their families in Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh. The benefits of regular working in flexi hours were also discussed. A team from the EPFO Regional Office Jammu led by  Rizwan Uddin has been attending office during early hours to expedite the processing of claims inflow.

Sanjeev Kumar, SSSA processed sixteen death cases on 28.02.24, allowing for swift disbursal of amounts to the members and families of the deceased persons. The convergence meeting and dedicated effort by the team reflect the commitment to providing social security and timely benefits to the people of the region.
