Srinagar Aug 27: Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) Jammu conducted awareness programmes under "Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0" in Patnitop and Leh.

In Patnitop, Regional P.F. Commissioner-I Rizwan Uddin led the programme at Hotel Trinetar, accompanied by District Nodal Officer Devinder Singh and Enforcement Officer Harshit Pathak. Representatives from local hotels attended the event.

The commissioner briefed attendees on EPFO initiatives including E-Nomination, UAN Activation, KYC Updation, and online ECR filing. He clarified misconceptions about enrollment for seasonal workers, leading to increased interest in EPFO schemes.

The programme addressed employer concerns and provided hands-on training for DSC/E-Sign registration and ECR challan filing. Uddin also highlighted the Employees' Deposit Linked Insurance Scheme and Employees' Pension Scheme benefits.
