Environmental Day observed in Budgam

Budgam, June 5: Department of Soil and Water Conservation, District Budgam celebrated the Environmental Day at Government Boys High School, Shogapora, Jawalapora.

The event included a plantation and cleanliness drive as well as awareness about protecting the environment. All the staff of the department along with the students of the government school took part in the drive.

Awareness programme was held under supervision of Zonal Officer, Ehsanul Haque, and Abdul Rahim, Unit Incharge, and field staff.
