Elderly man found dead in south Kashmir's Anantnag

Srinagar, June 21: An elderly man was found dead in Kadpora Achabal area of south Kashmir's Anantnag district on Friday.

An official told the news agency Kashmir Scroll that male body was found in Kadpora Achabal.

He said that body was later identified as Basheer Ahmad Khatana, son of Abdul Raheem, resident of Kachwan Kokernag area of Anantnag.

Meanwhile police have taken cognizance and started an investigation.
