Eid holiday to be observed on April 10 in Leh, says administration amending previous order

Srinagar. April 09: The Leh administration on Tuesday said while amending the previous order said that the holiday on account of Eid-ul-Fitr shall now be observed on April 10.

"In partial modification to order No. 432-LA (GAD) of 2023 dated: 29-11-2023, it is hereby informed that the holiday on account of 'Eid-ul-Fitr'  shall now be observed on 10th April, 2024 (Wednesday) instead of 11th of April 2024 (Thursday)," administration said in an official communique.
