DYSS hosts yoga competition in Baramulla

Baramulla, Nov 5: The ongoing Inter-District Provincial Level (IDPL) UT Level Yoga Competition for all age groups of boys and girls continued on Wednesday at Indoor Stadium Khawaja Bagh, Baramulla, witnessing yet another day of inspiring performances and youthful energy.

The event, as per an official statement, is being organised and hosted by the Department of Youth Services and Sports, District Baramulla, under the supervision of DYSSO Baramulla, Zahoor Ahmad Wani.

Today’s session featured the Under-17 Girls category, where 88 talented young girls representing 14 districts across Jammu and Kashmir showcased their skills, flexibility, and deep sense of discipline through yoga. Their graceful movements and perfect balance reflected months of dedication and commitment to the ancient art form.

The Department of Youth Services and Sports, Baramulla, continues to play a pivotal role in nurturing young talent and providing them a platform to excel at the Union Territory level.
