Drug smuggler booked

Kupwara, Dec 3: A notorious drug smuggler, Mohammad Amin Bhat of Kralgund, was booked under PIT NDPS Act in Handwara after obtaining formal detention orders from the competent authority following which he was lodged in Central Jail Kot-balwal Jammu, Police said on Sunday late evening. Police said, "Acting tough against drug peddlers and to eradicate the menace of drugs from the society, Police booked most wanted and notorious drug smuggler under PIT NDPS Act in Handwara and lodged him in Central Jail Kot-Bhalwal Jammu".
