Drug peddler’s property worth Rs 70 lakh attached in Udhampur

Ramban, Nov 3: Continuing its crackdown against drug trafficking, the Udhampur Police on Monday attached movable and immovable assets worth approximately Rs 70 lakh belonging to a local drug peddler.

According to police, the attached property belonged to Anil Kumar, son of Mool Raj Sharma, a resident of Jhib Fantyal, district Udhampur.

The action was taken under Section 68(F) of the NDPS Act in connection with FIR No 223/2024, registered under Sections 8/21/22 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Rehambal.
