Drug peddler arrested in Ganderbal | Psychotropic substance recovered

Srinagar, Mar 25: In continuation to war against drugs, Police in Ganderbal arrested a drug peddler alongwith huge consignment of psychotropic substance in the jurisdiction of Police Station Safapora.

On the directions of SSP Ganderbal Sandeep Gupta-IPS under the supervision of DySP Hqrs Ganderbal, a routine checkpoint was laid at Kulpora road near Crossing by the Police Party of Police Station (PS) Safapora led by SHO PS Safapora. One suspicious person coming from Sumbal towards Safapora, after seeing police party tried to flee from the spot, however the said person was apprehended tactfully.
