Drowned on 21 May in Jhelum, Baramulla man’s body recovered today

Srinagar, June 01: The dead body of a 55-year-old man was recovered today after 11 days of search in river Jhelum in north Kashmir's Baramulla district.

Quoting official sources news agency KNS reported that Mohammad Subhan Dhobi resident of Kakar Hamam, Baramulla had drowned in Jhelum on May 21 after slipping into the water.

The State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) led the search operation, and were assisted by various agencies, said reports.

However, despite the challenging conditions, the combined efforts finally led to the discovery of his body on Saturday from the river.
