Drinking water shortage hits Buchwara

Srinagar, Oct 10: Residents of Buchwara area here have complained of acute shortage of drinking water from last several days.

A delegation from the area said that they face problems in absence of drinking water supply. They said the residents living around Buchwara Jamia Masjid face acute drinking water problem.

“We are forced to fetch water in containers from adjoining areas. We apprised the concerned PHE authorities about the matter but no action was taken to restore the water supply,” they said.
