Adil Rashid, moderator of the programme and general secretary of organising agency, said Humanity Welfare Organization Helpline is the lone organization in J&K advocating for the  rights of persons with disabilities. “Our organisation has been organising the inclusive drawing competition for the past decade but it was a new experience to create an inclusive event in a far flung area of Shangus tehsil which is mostly hilly and children have less access to such events. Our organisation is committed to continuing such programmes and will provide opportunity to all underprivileged children in a phase wise manner so that children from all castes, religions and gender can give vent to their talents. Children's Day is important because children are future citizens and incorporating inclusive features  will certainly end barriers and make the happy J&K dream true in near future.”
