Dr Fayaz Ahmad Bhat is Nodal Officer for Ladakh patients at SKIMS Soura

Srinagar, Jul 23: Fulfilling the long-pending demand of the region, the Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS) Soura has appointed Dr. Fayaz Ahmad Bhat, Assistant Professor, Department of General Medicine, as the Nodal Officer for patients from the Union Territory of Ladakh.

In his order, Director SKIMS said the decision has been taken in the interest of efficient coordination and facilitation of healthcare services to the patients of the Union Territory of Ladakh for their treatment at SKIMS, Soura.

The order further said that Dr. Fayaz Ahmad Bhat will coordinate with other departments of SKIMS, wherever required, to ensure speedy and efficient healthcare management for Ladakh patients.
