Dr Farooq pays condolence visit to Mirwaiz Umar's residence
The patriarch of the Mirwaiz family and an imminent scholar Mirwaiz Mohammad Ahmad, son of Mirwaiz Yousuf Shah has died after a brief illness in Pakistan.

Srinagar, Nov 04: National Conference president Dr Farooq Abdullah arrived at the residence of senior Hurriyat leader Mirwaiz Umar Farooq on Monday to offer condolences over the passing of Mirwaiz's family patriarch.
Quoting sources, news agency KINS reported that Dr Farooq arrived at Mirwaiz Umar Farooq’s residence around 4 p.m.

"He offered condolences to Mirwaiz Umar Farooq over the passing of one of his relatives," the source said.
Eminent scholar Mirwaiz Moulvi Muhammad Ahmad Shah, son of Mirwaiz Yousuf Shah, passed away in Islamabad, Pakistan, on Saturday night.
