Dr Farooq, Omar greet people on Rabi-ul-Awal

Srinagar, Sep 05: National Conference President, Dr Farooq Abdullah, and Vice President, Omar Abdullah Thursday extend warm greetings to the people on the beginning of the auspicious month of Rabi- ul- Awal.

Dr Farooq Abdullah expressed his hope that Rabi- ul- Awal brings peace and prosperity to Jammu and Kashmir. He emphasised that Hazrat Prophet Muhammad's (PBUH) life serves as a timeless inspiration for humanity, earning him titles such as "the Truthful" and "the Faithful."

Vice President Omar Abdullah urges individuals to follow the teachings of the Prophet of Islam (PBUH). He highlights the Prophet's message of love and forgiveness, stating that he is a blessing for all mankind.

The party's senior leaders also extended their best wishes to the people as Rabi- ul- Awal begins. Additionally, Party General Secretary Ali Muhammad Sagar called upon the divisional administration to ensure seamless civic amenities for devotees at various holy sites across Kashmir.
