Dr Farooq, Omar anguished over passing of Srinagar grenade attack victim

Srinagar, Nov 12: The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference (JKNC) president Dr Farooq Abdullah, and vice president Omar Abdullah (who is also chief minister J&K), today expressed profound grief over the tragic passing of Abida of Bandipora who succumbed to the injuries sustained in the recent militant attack in Polo View market, Srinagar.

The leaders offered their heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for her soul to rest in eternal peace in Jannat. They said their thoughts and prayers are with her three young children during this incredibly difficult time.

General Secretary Ali Muhammad Sagar; Member Parliament Aga Syed Ruhullah Mehdi; Provincial President Showkat Mir; and Chief Spokesperson Tanvir Sadiq also extended their sympathies and condolences to the bereaved family.
