Dr Farooq, Omar Abdullah condole with Pardesi on his bereavement

Srinagar, Nov 25 : National Conference President Dr Farooq Abdullah and Vice President Omar Abdullah have expressed profound sympathies and condolences with the senior party leader and former MLC Sheikh Ghulam Qadir Pardesi on the demise of his sister-in-Law and nephew.

The duo have also commiserated with Provincial Vice President Ahsan Pardesi on his bereavement, a press release said.

The president and Vice President prayed for peace to the departed souls and fortitude to the bereaved Sheikh and Pardesi household to bear the inconsolable loss.

Omar Abdullah visited the bereaved family at Batwara, Srinagar for condolences. He was accompanied by Provincial President Nasir Aslam Wani Sogami, Chief Spokesperson Tanvir Sadiq, and Political Advisor to Vice President Mudassar Shahmiri on the visit.

Joined in by party functionaries, he offered fatiha for the deceased on the occasion.

Earlier State Spokesperson Imran Nabi Dar, and Youth National Conference Provincial President Salman Ali Sagar also visited the bereaved household at Batwara for condolences and Fatiha.
