Srinagar, Oct 29: The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference President Dr. Farooq Abdullah has urged the party’s newly elected Rajya Sabha Members of Parliament Choudhary Muhammad Ramzan, Sajjad Kichloo, and Shammi Oberoi to utilise their vast experience in public service to effectively represent the aspirations of the people of Jammu and Kashmir in the Parliament, said a party statement.
He called upon the MPs to actively raise and advocate for the restoration of Jammu and Kashmir’s statehood at every possible forum, both within and outside the Parliament. “The people of Jammu and Kashmir have immense expectations from their representatives. It is our duty to ensure that their voices are heard and their rights are safeguarded.
