Jammu, Nov 23: Rajkumar Ranvijay Singh of the Dogra Royal Family felicitated Ravinder Singh, who clinched gold at the ISSF World Championships 2025 in Egypt, praising the army marksman from Dabber Bishnah for bringing global glory to India.

As per a statement issued on Sunday, Rajkumar Ranvijay Singh, accompanied by Rajkumari Adishree Singh, Smiriti Singh and Faradh, said, “Ravinder’s gold has made every Indian proud. As a proud Dogra, his dedication exemplifies the spirit of ‘All Indian’ and sets a shining example for our youth.”

He also highlighted Ravinder’s service in the Indian Army’s JAKRIf battalion, a unit raised by his ancestor, the great Dogra Maharaja Gulab Singh. “Ravinder hails from the remote village of Dabber Bishnah, a place with limited facilities, yet he has risen to become a world champion,” the Rajkumar added.

Ravinder Singh thanked the Rajkumar Ranvijay Singh Dogra Royal Family: “I owe this triumph to my family, the Army, and the people of Dabber Bishnah. This recognition from the Dogra Royal Family motivates me to strive higher.”
