Doda attack: Three terrorist associates held

Srinagar, June 21: Police on Friday said it has arrested three terrorist associates who were involved in attack on security forces in Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir.

A top police officer told Kashmir Scroll that Doda Police have arrested three terror associates namely Safder Ali, Mubashir and Sajjad, all residents of Draman in Tanta Panchayat of Gandoh sub-division in J&K's Doda district.

He said the arrested terrorist associates provided food and logistics to Pakistani terrorist in exchange for money.

The twin terror incidents which took place at Chattargalla and Kota Top on June 11 and 12 respectively resulted in injuries to six army personnel and two cops.

The police officer said that two terrorist groups are currently active in the district.
