Srinagar, June 03: The Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Vijay Kumar Bidhuri on Tuesday extended his warm greetings to the people on the occasion of Mela Mata Kheer Bhawani and Urs Mubarak of Hazrat Mir Syed Ali Hamdani also revered as Shah-e-Hamdaan (RA).
