District Police Anantnag welcome CAPF Coys for election duty

Anantnag, Apr 28:  Anantnag Police warmly welcomed the CAPF companies who have arrived in the district for election duty.

An official statement said that Senior Superintendent of Police Anantnag Dr. G.V.Sundeep Chakravarthy accompanied by CAPF Nodal officer and CO 40 Bn CRPF R.P Meena, SP HQRS Anantnag, Sajad Ahmad DYSP DAR, Rouf Ahmad and other officers received the CAPF companies at various locations in the district with great enthusiasm expressing the district's gratitude for their support and confidence in their presence to ensure a safe and smooth electoral process.

"Concerned SDPOs and SHOs also welcomed CAPF companies in their respective jurisdictions, signifying the District Police's readiness to work in close collaboration with the CAPF personnel", said the statement.

According to the statement, Anantnag Police have assured full cooperation and coordination with the CAPF forces to facilitate their duties and enable the peaceful and orderly execution of the electoral process.
