Dissatisfied with govt’s reply, BJP MLA stages walkout from J&K assembly  

Jammu, March 22: BJP legislator Sham Lal Sharma on Saturday staged a walkout from Jammu and Kashmir legislative assembly over alleged non-serious approach of the government in replying to the question of the members. 

During the Question Hours, Sharma asked a question about the risks  posed by the solid waste dumped in Kot Bhalwal in Jammu North constituency. 

Responding to the question, the Minister for Health and Medical Education Sakina Itoo said that there were no risks due to the dumping of waste. 

Unconvinced over the reply, the legislator alleged that the government gave irrelevant answers. 

"The answer is irrelevant. I am  staging a walkout", he said before leaving the Assembly.
