Dignified return of Kashmiri Pandits | Atmosphere needs to be created: Ravinder Raina

Tulmulla, June 14:  J&K BJP President Ravinder Raina today said that an atmosphere needs to be created to ensure the dignified return of Kashmir Pandits to Valley.

He stated this during his visit here. Raina performed Jyeshth Ashtami Pooja at Mata Kheer Bhawani Temple, Tulmulla, Ganderbal. “Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha have met various representatives from Kashmir Pandits community to pave way for the dignified return of Kashmiri Pandits to Valley and steps are being taken in this direction,” Raina said.

According to a press note, he said that today thousands of Kashmiri Pandits participated in the Mela Kheer Bhawani and offered Pooja with religious fervour. “I congratulate the whole Kashmiri Pandit community. I prayed to Mata Kheer Bhawani for universal peace and brotherhood and the prevalence of peace and prosperity in Kashmir,” Raina said.

The J&K BJP President stated that many Muslim brethren visited the temple area to facilitate the Kashmiri Pandit community to perform all the rituals and termed this as the eternal love and bond within humanity.
