‘Digital India’ empowering citizens: Khatana
Jammu, Oct 16: In a significant step towards realizing the vision of Digital India, Rajya Sabha MP and BJP Senior Leader Gulam Ali Khatana inaugurated state-of-the-art computer labs at Government High School, Bathindi, and at the Girls’ Gujjar & Bakerwal Hostel, Shahidi Chowk, Jammu. These initiatives aim to empower students with modern digital skills, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet the challenges of the 21st century.
Addressing the gathering, MP Khatana highlighted the transformative impact of Digital India on education, governance, and everyday life. He stated that if Prime Minister Narendra Modi had not launched this initiative, millions of students would have faced severe disruptions during crises such as COVID-19 and other pandemics.
