DHSK official given warm farewell

Srinagar, June 30: The Directorate of Health Services Kashmir (DHSK) today honoured Dr Shabeena Gulshan, Deputy Director Health Services Kashmir, as she retired after nearly 30 years of dedicated service.

A grand farewell ceremony was organised in her honor, celebrating her long-standing commitment and contributions to the department.

The farewell ceremony witnessed the presence of DHSK, the Deputy Directors, Dr Ab Rouf Bhat, Project Director, AIDS Control, a host of officers and officials from the department, and her family members.

Dr Shabeena Gulshan was lauded for her dedication and significant contributions to the health services sector over the past three decades. Her leadership and commitment have been instrumental in advancing the department's initiatives and improving public health outcomes.

In his address, the Director of Health Services Kashmir, praised Dr Shabeena's tireless efforts and expressed deep appreciation for her service. "Dr Shabeena Gulshan has been a pillar of strength for our department. Her dedication, expertise, and compassionate approach have left an indelible mark on our team and the community we serve. We are grateful for her remarkable contributions and wish her the very best in her future endeavors," he said.
