DHSK felicitates blood donor

Srinagar, June 15: Bilqees Ara, Blood woman of Jammu and Kashmir was awarded with an appreciation certificate by Director Health Services Kashmir (DHSK) Dr Mushtaq Ahmad on world blood donation day at Directorate of Health Services Bemina today.

Bilqees  Ara has donated 35 blood pints in different hospitals across Kashmir so far.  She has received infotel Award 2023 also at Tagore hall last year.
