DGP Prisons gets additional charge of J&K Crime Branch

Jammu, Mar 2: The government Saturday assigned Director General of Police (DGP) Prisons Deepak Kumar, the additional charge of J&K Crime Branch till further orders.

“Consequent upon appointment of Arun Kumar Choudhary, Special Director General Crime, J&K, as Chairman. Public Service Commission for Jammu and Kashmir, it is hereby ordered that Deepak Kumar, Director General of Police Prisons, J&K shall hold the charge of Crime Branch, J&K, in addition to his own duties, till further orders,” read an order issued by Principal Secretary J&K Home Department, Santosh D Vaidya.
