DFA kicks off preparation for 2024 season 

Srinagar, May 18: The District Football Association (DFA) has sounded the bugle for the start of the 2024 season, asking all participating teams and academies to complete their registration process by May 20.

An official statement released by the DFA stated that teams which have already collected the registration forms must submit them along with the requisite fees before the mentioned deadline.

Those teams and academies that have not yet obtained the registration documents have been instructed to do so at the earliest to avoid missing out on taking part in the annual league competitions.

"Any teams or academies failing to complete the registration process by May 20 will not be allowed entry into the upcoming season's tournaments,"  DFA statement read.

The association has expressed its eagerness to kickstart the new season, picking up from where things were left off last year after successful competitions.
