Joined by Dr Farhan, Dr Sobiya, and Dr Tanveer, the delegation conveyed deep concern over the prolonged absence of recruitment, citing repeated rejection of proposals due to financial constraints. The association said the issue had gone beyond employment and was now about restoring the dignity of the dental profession.

“It is not just about jobs anymore—it’s about dignity. Many qualified dental surgeons have crossed the age limit while waiting for opportunities. The profession is being devalued, and morale is at an all-time low,” said Dr. Mantoo.
