To a question, the NC President said that the condition of border areas of Kupwara is pathetic. “I was in Karnah last night where I came across the miserable conditions of people. Youth with the highest education degrees are sitting idle having no jobs in their hands. If the National Conference comes to power we will certainly work for the betterment of people living in far-off places like Karnah,” he said.
