DC Baramulla condoles with deceased family

Srinagar, Jan : Deputy Commissioner (DC) Baramulla, Minga Sherpa has expressed grief over the death of five members of a family due to suffocation in Srinagar on Sunday. He conveyed his condolences to the grieving family and assured that the district administration would provide all possible support to the affected family during this difficult time.

Minga Sherpa urged residents to take necessary precautions during the winter season, especially while using heating appliances. He emphasised the importance of maintaining proper ventilation to prevent such unfortunate tragedies.

In a tragic incident, five members of a family from Gingle, Uri, including a couple and their three children, died yesterday due to suffocation in their rented accommodation in the Pandrathan area of Srinagar district.
